How long have you been drawing?

 

A: Since I was about three.

 

 

How long does a portrait normally take to draw? How quickly can you get a portrait to

me?

 

A: A normal size (9 x 12) would depend on the amount of people. The least (9 x 12 / 20-30 hours) at the most (18 x 24 / 60+ hours). Please order ahead! (months in advance would be good.) I would average about 2 weeks at the least and a month or more for the larger drawings. I want to give you as much detail as I possibly can. Drawing takes a ton of time especially the kind I am doing. The fastest I could get a drawing out to you such as the (9 x 12) would be at least 2 weeks, but if I have more time I can do a better job.

 

What are your prices for portraits?

 

A: I have added a pricing chart to the site click here. The size, paper, amount of time all affect that. Please contact me for a quote on any job.

 

 

Can you combine images from different sources into one picture? Can you rearrange people

in an image to my liking?

 

A: Yes, It's a thing I do quite often actually.

 

 

Do you draw in other medias, rather than just graphite?

 

A: Yes I do pastel, oil, and colored pencil. I prefer graphite most of all, I will only do work for customers in graphite and occasionally colored pencil.

 

 

Can you add my finished drawing to the site?

 

A: Yes, by request I can do that.

 

 

Will you accept any jobs outside the United States?

 

A: No, currently I plan to build a reputation within the U.S. I only mail to the United States.

 

 

What is a WIP?

 

A: It is an abbreviation for "Work In Progress"

 

 

What is the shoutbox for?

 

A: It is primarily used for feedback, to help the business of the site please leave feedback as customer to let myself and everyone else know of your experience with PFYFP.

 

are you available for commisions?

 

A: I usually only take on one drawing job at a time because I'm so busy all the time. Just call me or email me and I'll let you know if I am currently available to accept a job. I work on a (first come first serve basis) though I may can work on multiple pictures at once. You can contact me by phone or email for pricing information please include your name and number if you leave a message or email. Contact me for a quote on any job. This information is on the bottom of most pages. Currently I offer three sizes:

 

8.5 x 11.5 (Computer Paper)

 

11x 14 (Medium Size)

 

18 x 24 (Biggest size)

 

Please offer Clear Images if you can of whatever you would like drawn. (Optionally) If you scan them and include them as a file make sure that the file is big. Usually 1-2mb in size. Offer details of what you would like the picture to look like ( How many people, full body or waist up, etc)

 

 

what do you draw?

 

A: I currently draw people, animals, characters, and still life. I rarely draw in color, for some reason I just like black and white. All drawings that I do are done in graphite and color pencil/pastel.

 

 

 

How do i get a picture to you?

 

A: If you would like you may submit a picture to my email located on the bottom of any page or host it on a web server (FTP EX.) until I can download it. (For Local) I work in Eclectic at Ingram's Market Place on (Tues & Fri) until 6 AM - 2 PM.

If you can catch me within those hours you can give me a photo or photos then. Photos will be kept in mint condition and will be returned in the condition they were issued to me. I will put the pics in a ziploc bag to protect them.

 

 

How Do you get finished drawings back to the customer?

 

A: Be sure that you have a paypal account before asking me to draw something if you happen to live far away as it is the only way that you can pay at the moment. I will generally notify you when I am done with a drawing generally 2-3 weeks.

For online mail orders I ship via USPS and Reinforce the package to protect the work. I will offer you a samle preview by email. This image will have sample written across it and will be at a low resolution and dpi. If you are satisfied you can

pay by paypal the amount requested once recieved your picture will ship. (I will include shipping insurance information soon) Locally I will show you the pic before the exchange then just a normal transaction of money for picture. If you live around Eclectic I can deliver your order, or you can pick it up on a (Tues or Fri when i work at Ingram's Marketplace)

Please call to schedule for your convenience. All pictures and belongings will be included in the package if it is mailed.

 

 

what about Payments?

 

A: Payment is due upon the exchange of the drawing.I accept Cash or Check locally. Checks by mail are accepted email

me for address info. Paypal for distant mail orders. For All Mail Orders: Payment must be recieved via check or paypal before drawing will ship out.
