Less Flash, More Speed - February 19, 2010

I have removed some of the flash, improved the overall speed and performance of the site, as well as saved most of the images for the web. Now everything should load faster. The Mobile Site is down, due to that you can view the full site on Ipod Touch.

New WIP added: "Border Collie". I know that I never finish most anything that I start but I just found out about some great techniques and had to try them out! So... The rest of the WIPs will get done eventually... My drawing supplies have arrived so I have resumed accepting orders! Below is a list of changes:

More Graphical changes.
News Archives Section fixed.
Price Section Reworked and redesigned.
Brought back the tooltip things (?)

I am working on the Upcoming store, New WIPS Section, and Tutorials! There's plenty more to come so stay tuned, I will update the WIPs every weekend if I have something to draw.

I have been busy integrating more flash into the site, WIPs are on hold due to that I am working on Commissions for people.

I have fixed a number of bugs and glitches:

Updated the "Artwork" and "Scraps" Sections to Simpleviewer Version 2
Fixed some of the bugs that still lingered in the Flash objects
Added a new flash widget, The AS3 Events Calendar. This will help me inform customers and help keep up with when commissions are due. I plan to use it in the future to schedule events within the site and updates.
I'm still working on the Calendar and will hopefully have it up and running soon, I am trying to make it bigger as well.

I have moved some of the WIPs to the scrap section because I simply do not have that amount of time to work on all of them. I plan to try and finish up a WIP this weekend, and only add a new one once one has been completed. If I add more I will only have a maximum of 6 at a time. Check the�"Scraps Section"�to view the ones that I removed from the WIP Box. I also added a new flash image viewer and now the Internet Explorer bug is presumably fixed, if you run into any more problems let me know via mail or shoutbox.

PFYFP Mobile Launch - September 10, 2009

PFYFP Mobile is now Live! View with either Ipod Touch or Iphone, perhaps in the future I can add compatibility with Blackberry and other newer phones. PFYFP Mobile can be accessed by typing the regular URL http://www.pfyfp.com in your mobile's browser, you will automatically be redirected to the mobile site. Note that PFYFP Mobile is at its beta stage and is probably not the final product, as time goes by I imagine I will improve it in various ways.

Site Update! It's been a while - June 12, 2009

It has been a while since I updated and it was because I was working on a commission for a customer and it turned out great. Hopefullly when the customer gets back with me it will be on the site, so stay tuned. In other news, I have made more changes to the site:

New Flash menus and hopefully a stylish header as well soon.
I have done away with the Store, I will no longer sell works since sales are down.
I Simplified the site even more and added a new music section.
Forum will be down for a few days, I'll let you know when its back up.

Hope you like the changes, leave some comments about what you think so far.

Minor Update - May 12, 2009

I have made a few further changes to the site.

Changelog:

Made site a little wider to accomodate for the forum and new RSS feed news box.
I fixed a bug issue with spry tooltips not displaying correctly.
Added animated buttons.

Things in the works:

Waiting on SparkBB to respond or develop their forum further so I can eventually have an Adobe flex forum for the site.
I've started back on the WIPS so expect an update soon.

OK, I have updated the site to Version 4.0! Here is the Changelog:

Now able to add longer news entries due to RSS embedded in news box.
Removed WIP Updates, all updates will be intergrated into the news bar.
New Skin "Glass Aurora"
Removed Ads.
New graphics and buttons.
Many bug fixes.

Things in the works:

Trying to embed a new forum within the site (forum there is temporary)
More graphics to be added.
Adding a newsletter eventually.
Further bug fixes.
